JHS specialises in drying fish for export markets in Africa. The products have long shelf life, high protein contents, and are rich of Omega 3. The main markets are however seeking for the specific taste that the fish acquires while drying, making it a unique delicacy.
The products are mostly exported to West Africa where there is a long tradition for consumption of Stock Fish. We specialise in substitute products for whole dried fish.
Some part of our production becomes a by-product that is made available for animal feed so all our fish is utilised and nothing goes to waste.
